Goat Yoga Classes

  • For the 2026 season, our classes are on Saturday at 11:00am at the RAD Brewing Company (River Arts District). You can book a class online!

  • All classes are taught by certified yoga instructors.

  • Classes are 60 minutes and limited to 20 students. 

  • Classes includes a complimentary beer from the brewery, or wine from the winery, after class (over 21); other beverages available for those under 21, including local sodas.

  • Yoga mats are available for free.

  • The goats come from a local farm where they are raised with love and care; goats will never be placed in an unsafe situation during class.

  • We are an inclusive community who WELCOME all people, no matter their gender identity, race, sexual orientation or level of yoga practice.  

  • In case of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled and refunded.

Each class includes:

  • 🐐 60-minute Vinyasa flow yoga class with Nigerian dwarf goats roaming around!

  • 🧘 Free mat rental — No need to bring your own

  • 🍺 / 🍷 One free beer from the brewery, or wine from the winery, after the class (over 21)

  • 🥤 For those under 21, or those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, one free drink ticket including local sodas

  • 📸 Free photos of your fun experience sent to you right after the class

  • 👚 + 🧢 Merch will be available for sale at the class — Spread the word about goat yoga!
